PvP Note (Updated for Patch 1.29.0): Renegade remains the best rifle. Bobcat is the top SMG for PvP — fastest close-quarters TTK with solid mobility. Stitcher still usable but no longer dominant after 1.17.0 nerfs (damage 7→6.5, headshot 2.5→1.75). Bettina got a minor fire rate adjustment in 1.29.0 (interval 235→250) but stays meta. Hullcracker and Rascal don't detonate on players — useless in PvP combat.
