What's New in Season 5
Season 5 keeps the core Trials loop intact but refreshes the objective pool and setting. Season 4 concludes the same day Season 5 begins, so make sure to claim your Blindspot rewards before the transition.

Season 5 Exclusive Rewards — The Scorta
The headline reward for Trials Season 5 is The Scorta, a cosmetic outfit with unlockable variants tied to rank progression. Top-tier ranks — Hotshot and Cantina Legend — unlock exclusive Red and Blue color variants. All rewards are Season 5 exclusive and cannot be obtained after the season ends.

Additional cosmetic charm and weapon attachment tied to rank milestones.

Season 5 keeps Trials at Riven Tides, but the map condition is more hostile than in Season 4. ARC activity is significantly increased across the coastal zones, and a developing alliance with the Nomads faction means more factional presence in contested areas. Embark's guidance is explicit: bring heavy armor.
Tips for Trials Season 5
- Read each week's damage-type objective before loading in — the new "damage a specific ARC with a specific weapon" tasks require the right gear equipped, not just any kill.
- Don't panic during Pop explosions — the new absorb-based objectives mean some weeks reward surviving the blast rather than avoiding it. Check the task description first.
- Gear up for increased ARC activity — Riven Tides is more dangerous this season. Heavy armor is explicitly recommended by Embark.
- Claim your Season 4 Blindspot reward — it's distributed automatically based on your final Season 4 placement, but make sure you know which variant you earned.
- Target Cantina Legend for the Blue Scorta variant — the top two ranks (Hotshot and Cantina Legend) are the only way to unlock the exclusive Red and Blue colorways.
